On our second day in Paris, we took the train to Versailles to check out the Palace. It was magnificent!

After a tour of the inside, we went outside to the gardens.
There were so many separate areas in the garden, we couldn't even walk them all with the kids.. so Sydney settled on looking at one of them from afar... and above.

Checking out some of the flowers.. for our kids, this was heavenly. They are pretty much obsessed with flowers and smelling them.
Chase also loved picking up pebbles.. royal pebbles...
But back to the flowers...
...where he gets in a good smell. Ahhhhh!
In the meantime, Sydney is getting her own beautiful smells in... One of my favorite photos from the trip.
In addition to all of the lucious gardens, the grounds were filled with beautiful fountains.
