April 3, 2010 - Candy Scramble!

After my record breaking 5k Saturday morning :) - the kids got ready for their Candy Scramble! Basically, they throw candy all over the gym floor and let the kids have at it (by age group).

Here they are waiting for the candy to be thrown out by the volunteers. By the way, the shirts they are wearing - Sydney picked out. They wore them for my marathon last year and since I was running (in the 5k) Sydney felt it was appropriate to wear them today as well.


And they are off!!! Little kids everywhere! Time to grab candy! Can you spot Sydney and Chase?
